This site is about self awareness and paying attention to the automatic work of the Mind. This, can be in essence a contrast, but as one learns to observe his own conditioned pattern of thought, more is revealed.

I try to back up my opinion with strong scientific facts. However, there is still a lot that we do not know about the Brain. So, until we do, "Your guess is as good as mine," is my moto.

my poems are mostly about the many faces and forms of Duality. Every person is subjected to duality on a daily basis. The Yin and the Yang, mind and body, inner conflicts, himself versus his surrounding, and many more. Again, those conflicts are also found in our body with its ongoing effort to balance the hundreds of minerals, hormones, and molecules it consists. Nothing stands alone, not the body, mind, enviroment, or Gaia. 

The more holistic your point of view becomes, the more trivial your problems and struggles seem to be. And one starts to appreciate all details as part of a very complex reality.
